I had bought 4 sense 2 watches and out of that one came up as faulty. I have all the boxes and now trying to figure out the faulty one belongs to which box. Can someone help me in making this connection. Not able to connect to customer support also as it says they are not available.

Hello @Shradha.Gautam and welcome to the Community. This will take a little work and I hope these directions are clear. The user of the faulty device needs to go to fitbit.com with any web browser and log in using their email/password. This is their web dashboard. Tap/click on the gear icon in the upper right of the screen, then Sense 2 in the dropdown. The URL has that Sense's device ID and will look like this:
The end of the URL has 12 digits and letters -- this is the serial number of that device in Fitbit's code. Write it down, then write the following letters underneath. I'm putting it in groups of 4 to make it easier to see. My Versa 3:
8962 D7B9 2724
KLIJ GHEF CDAB
Put it in ABC order and you will have the serial number of that device. This is the serial number on my Versa 3 box:
2427 B9D7 6289
ABCD EFGH IJKL
Laurie | Maryland
Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS
Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

Sorry to read one of your devices isn't working properly.
The only thing I have seen on the device itself is in the settings menu. If you swipe down on your Sense 2 screen you will see the settings button. Then follow: settings - about Sense 2 - regulatory info - IC:xxxx
Hopefully the number after IC: is your unique serial number.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Have looked at that number. All of the working devices have the same number and not unique. Was not able to use that for figuring out the box.
