I just activated my Sense 2. When the extended warranty option came up, I chose yes and went to add my DC for thr payment process and it wouldn't move past that step. I could only edit the DC #. I tried to back out and retry but it wouldn't go back to that page. When I contacted fitbit support, they said the offer should come back in a couple days. Does anyone know what I can do?

As you might have been told, you can get the Fitbit Protection Plan when purchasing your watch from our website, or when you see an offer in the Fitbit app. If you saw it once, you'll get another offer soon.
