How do I see more heart rate data on Sense 2?

On the Sense 2 I can see a graph of the historical heart rate data for the last couple hours on the watch but is there a way to see or download the data for the last 24 to 48 hours? Thanks....

You can see morheart data in the app. Tap "Heart symbol" on the "Today" screen
