My watch is set for the 12-hour format (which works as expected) but even though the watch displays the time in the 12-hour format the "always on" clock displays the same time in the 24-hour format. I can't figure out how to change the "always on" clock display to the 12-hour format. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi @Sense2User this setting, a few phone app versions ago, was moved off of the web and into the phone.
The setting is associated with your fitbit account, not the watch.

I have this setting and it's still showing 24 hour format for me.

same issue.. came here for a solution. Sense 2. I can change time settings. It makes sense. No issues there. BUT... "always on" will not change. It is military/ 24hr time. Kinda driving me nuts...

Same issue here... I've called customer support and they can't figure it out either! Does anyone know how o change the always on display to 12 hour lock?

Hi @Vickid425 - you can't have the watch default Always On clock face in 12hr in the current firmware version.
You can choose another clock face with its own Always On face though.
