How to check Sense 2 serial number on the web?

 @Scooter0512   What information do you need?  If you need the serial number, it’s etched on the pebble.  Remove the upper watch band piece.  Other information like the activation date are in the Settings app on the device.  Swipe down on the screen, then tap on the Settings icon.

Thank you for your message regarding the Sense 2 information. 

Here you have the detailed information about the serial number, explained by @LZeeW (I always appreciate the support given): 

Remove the top band from your Fitbit device to find the serial number.

1. Turn over your watch and find the band latches.
2. To release the latch, slide the flat button toward the band.
3. Gently pull the band away from the watch to release it. The serial number is located inside the device near where the band connects.
4. To reattach the band, press it into the end of the watch until you feel it snap into place.

Hi @Scooter0512 - if the watch Settings are still accessible, scroll to About Sense 2 and System info, to see Activation date. Warranty normally lasts 1 or 2 years from then unless it was replaced.

You can see the serial number online with

https://www.fitbit.com/settings

tap Sense 2 and it is the last part of the URL in a rotated format.

But as posted support can tell you.
