Spent time on the phone trying to get help?? Ever since I went to Google as recommended by Fitbit it has been a joke!!! Been a Fitbit user since 2015. I am done with Fitbit said I would get a e mail nothing???

Oh my God, I feel your pain. My Fitbit is not picking up any of my steps or any of my activity. I went to a Orangetheory class this morning for an hour and a weightlifting class for an hour and I have zero active minutes when I just synced my phone.. ZERO! I just bought an aura ring so hopefully that will work. I’m so disappointed
