Is Google destroying Fitbit features and gagging this forum?

My Fitbit Sense 2 is significantly worse than its predecessor. Many of the useful features have been removed, including Spotify and music in general. Comments and questions in this forum concerning these matters are quickly shut down, possibly to limit negative publicity and no one in any official capacity seems to be answering to or rectifying the problems. Rapidly loosing faith in Fitbit and Google!!

Hi @Pureandkind - it is true that the Sense 2 does not have all the features of a Sense 1, and was perhaps incorrectly named, giving the impression it was the next version.This has been well documented in the forums.

that’s my point, Google knows and is doing nothing to rectify this issue. No doubt a firmware update could address all of these issues. Instead they have created a situation with two less effective watches, namely the Fitbit and Google alternative!!!
