My Fitbit isn’t doing my sleep, gave me over 20,000 steps tosay( ha I wish)  I did a reset where I held the button down till the logo come up   It flashes and flashes then a red x comes up  then my Fitbit screen is up

Try holding button down through the logo, through the red X, then to the logo again.  Shouldn't have to, but worked for me, though I did lose some steps in the process.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
