Is This a Joke? Nothing Works!

Bought this $200 'toy' two weeks ago and it was fun to set up and change clock face tiles and apps in the Gallery. I bought this specifically for the heart functions: pulse rate and oxygen SpO2. Suddenly, the SpO2 disappeared from my watch face; then the weather app disappeared; and then the entire page on the mobile app that has the Gallery of tiles and apps disappears.

Something's not right with the software running this toy. Is anyone at Fitbit troubleshooting?

What software version are you running on? To check this, go to settings on your watch, scroll down all the way, and click “About Sense 2” then click “System Info” underneath the activation date is the version. Look at the last two digits, are they .86 or .52?

Yes, did the restart but no change. And the mobile app doesn't display the Gallery with tiles and apps.

Also you can go the Today app and scroll down and see spO2.
