Question to those with fitbit sense 2. Do you have a stress management option in your app or is it only mindfulness?
Please let me know and thank you!

I have a Sense 2. Here’s a screenshot of my app with the tile you are asking about. 31 is the number of minutes with body responses measured by the cEDA sensor today. When I open the Stress Management section I get more details. Does this answer your question?

Thank you for the detailed information on the stress, however What I am trying to see if Fitbit sense 2 has the same option as fitbit sense 1 highlighted in my screenshot.

Do you own a fitbit sense 2 by any chance? can you see if there is a highlighter option the one that I circled out in my picture? That is what I am looking for.
Thank you 🙂
