Keeps shutting off

For the past week or so my Fitbit Sense 2 randomly shuts off. It will only turn back on if I connect to the charger and open the Fitbit app. I have reset the watch and made sure all updates have happened. After trying everything I contacted support who had me try only one thing (connecting and disconnecting to the battery three times). The representative told me my one year warranty expired last November and there was nothing he could do to help me with my watch and my only option was to purchase a new device and he could give me 35% off. This is the second Fitbit I have had that did not last even two years. This is very disappointing. I should’ve listened to my friends and coworkers and bought an Apple Watch. It is unfortunate that Fitbit makes devices that do not last even two years.
