Link Fitbit with Google now no notifications

I linked my Google and Fitbit accounts and now my sense won't send notifications.  I search and found where I should "forget" the watch under my Bluetooth settings - which I did - and now the watch won't even show up to add it.  I added my phone under devices.  I have restarted the watch at least 5 times. I don't know what to do next.
