Lost my Sp02 clock face and Sp02 app from my Sense 2

The Sense 2 did an update and after that update my clock face changed to a non-sp02 clock face and the sp02 app disappeared from the app list. I'm in the United States so I know the sp02 app is available in this country.

Mu Sense 2 has also started telling me that I need the app for SPO2 however I have the app. It started after the last update, but if uninstall and reinstall the SPO2 app it works for a day or two and then stops again
