The meal sensor plate on my Sense 2 has fallen off. I had my Sense 2 for less than a year. Never wore it in the shower. Never wore it in any water. What can I do to fix this? Please help. I need this to work so I can track my sleep as I have an autoimmune disease.

Same situation. I asked by X to @supportfitbit but no answer yet. I bought it around six months ago.

I contacted Fitbit through chat. I am eligible for a replacement. I will keep you updated on what happens next.
edit to add:
Fit bit offered me a replacement or 50% off a new Fitbit. I chose the replacement. Well… I got the replacement and it was non functional. At all. Zip. Big red X of death.
I contacted Fitbit again and decided to do the 50% off. This one works but… for how long? 10 months? Quality is not here at all.

That was why I left fitbit several years ago, very low quality and awful customer service and got a Galaxy watch. When it was time for an "upgrade" I chose the sense 2; I'm here because my little sensor plate just fell off after 11 months. Ugh.
