Metal trim fallen off - Sense 2

 This has happened this morning, I can see that it’s an issue but other posts have had replies disabled. I bought this through Google store (UK) order date 12 September 2024, have tried to contact Fitbit support but keep being redirected to the community page. 
Is there another way to contact them?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue with your Sense 2. 

I was able to confirm that you already contacted support. Please keep in touch with them, as they have more tools in order to find your options.

I also had this issue happen to me yesterday! I do NOT wear it in the pool or the shower, ever

so maybe it comes off with frequent wear? Is there anything Fitbit, that you can do to fix this other than us having to glue it back on ourselves?

I have the same issue. Metal fell off.
