Multiple issues with app

I do not have Premium.

1.  My Sense 2 shows a readiness score, my app does not (says "try premium")

2.  I'm no longer getting sleep data.

3.  I no longer get a stress management score.

4.  I no longer get breathing rate data.

5. My heart rate data has switched from the new version to the old version back to the new.

I've restarted both the phone and the watch. I've logged out and back in.  I did a hard reset of the watch. I've updated my app and am on the most recent version. I've toggled bluetooth on and off.

Not sure what else to do.

So I signed up for the free trial of Premium. I still have all the same issues except now I do have a readiness score on the app. It is, however, 56 points different from the score on my watch. I score 81 on the app and 25 on the watch.
