My Fitbit sense 2 not responding to my touchscreen

Hi,

my touch for example for certain apps like “today” is not responding when ik touch

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation. 

I suggest you try to do the following:

  • Restart your Sense 2: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
  • Change the clock face
  • Sync your Sense 2 with the Fitbit app.
