I had a Sense then it stopped charging so I bought the Sense 2 in February. Now this one won't charge!! It is very frustrating. Not sure I am keen on the magnetic charger. Anyone else having a similar issue(s)?

I'm having the same issue here with sense 2 not charging. If this can't be resolved by Fitbit quiclky/easily and with no further expense to me, then the watch is going back in the post and a refund will be expected.
I have to factory reset my fitbit to get it to charge. I don't know what to do really.

Best AnswerSo, it only charges after a factory reset. My procedure for charging is:
1.) Factory Reset
2.) Immediately plug into power.
If I disconnect from power and try to reconnect it, it will no longer charge.
If I pair with phone, it won't charge when I need it to. I usually wait until 35%.
And yes I've tried all of the the recommended troubleshooting steps.
