My experience with Support

Very unprofessional to not reply after they say feel free to ask questions and will have customer service to say they have received your email and they will get to you soon and soon will be months later it goes to show how companies react to there money makers after being injured by there product all kinds of reasons and excuses to turn it on the customers unjustified and unfair but they will take the money for the product I deserved to be treated fairly...pissed!
