My sense 2 stopped working

My Sense 2 has suddenly stopped working.  It is fully charged and I have done a reset but I cannot sync it and the watch does not move beyond the Fitbit blue line go on the watch screen.  What can be done please?

My Sense2 did the same thing twice. I have not gotten a response to my question either
