My steps keep resetting to 19 almost every hour.  The count is correct on the app, but not on the fitbit sense face.

Hi @Gaucher64 - to verify if this is a clock face issue, swipe the watch face to the left and see what the watch says. If the watch is correct try changing to another clock face.

In addition to @Guy_ 's advice, could you please verify that your app and Sense 2 are updated?
