New Sense 2 Heart Rate inaccurate

FitBit Ionic after 4 years had no heart rate reading issues. The Sense 2 is useless in the first month I’ve had it. I’ve been recording or measuring my heart rate for 25 years and this watch is not accurate at all. Disappointing.

Hi @Finale - the Ionic and original Versas had the older sensor technology which was more reliable and accurate.

The new technology sensors after the Versa 2 can have problems getting an accurate Heart Rate when movement is involved.

How ridiculous to sell a device touted as a health & fitness monitor yet it is useless for heart rate detection with movement. I don’t care what my heart rate is sitting on the couch!…. Who knew Google would let the Fitbit Ionic and Versa technology go backwards. 😐
