New Sense 2 with App issues

I bought a new sense 2 on Monday. I already had the app on my phone from my charge 5. So I opened the box and charged it then Updated the firmware. While it was downloading I was able to use the app and do everything in the app. Once the new firmware installed I haven’t been able to use the app at all. When I open it and freezes and closes about 10 seconds later. This has been going on for 3 days now. 
Any ideas?

Hi @jonboyssxi - did you try turning off the phone Bluetooth, restarting the phone and watch, login to the Fitbit App and then turn on Bluetooth - might work.

Also try the above with the Charge 5 turned off.
