No sleep score, breathing rate (BR), and heart rate variability (HRV)

In late November, my wife and I purchased Sense 2 watches. Hers has been working perfectly.
I've had ongoing issues with mine. Specifically, my watch has consistently failed to report my sleep score, breathing rate (BR), and heart rate variability (HRV).
 
My initial support case was handled by Yani, who was very helpful and responsive. We tried various troubleshooting steps, but none resolved the issue. Ultimately, Yani arranged for me to send my watch to Google for repair or replacement.  After approximately 3 weeks, I received a watch, but the issues persists.  Even after asking multiple times, I was never told if they repaired the watch or replaced it.
 
I had to open a new case for continued support, but the experience has been poor. Response times have been slow, and I've had to send follow-up emails just to receive a reply.
I am very disappointed with Google Support.  If the issue is not resolved soon I will be returning my Sense 2 for a full refund and purchasing another (non-Google) watch.
