Let me help you track your steps with your Sense 2.
In order to better understand the source of the issue, can you tell me if the lack of steps you are seeing it in the app or it is directly on the Fitbit device?
If your steps are missing only in the app and you actually see them in the display of your Sense 2, it's possible that your device is not syncing. I would recommend to take a look at the suggestion listed in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If your device is indeed not tracking yoru steps, attempt a restart if you haven't done so. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
