Since the lastest update to operating system 4.32 the time zone will not change on my sense 2.
Previously, all I had to do was pull down on the fit bit app to force a synch and the time zone would update.
Now, I have to go I to settings, turn OFF set time to phone time, wait for it to recognize the current time zone, then turn back on auto set time zone.
This WAS an issue previously but had been fixed. Now it is broken again. I have owned my fitbit for years and know the settings are correct.

I do comprehend how hard this is, getting the wrong time on your watch could mess up your whole schedule! All the steps you have done so far are much appreciated.
Let's start by checking your phone's app settings. Go to your phone's settings and find the "All apps" section (or a similar option). Locate the Fitbit app and review its permissions. Ensure that all permissions are set to "Always" or "When the app is open."
You can also try logging out of your Fitbit account on the app and then logging back in.
