Not getting notifications Sense 2 v200001.210.26 / iOS 18.0.1

I've gone through all the steps to verify notifications are turned on, and I'm still not receiving notifications.

✓ - Bluetooth on & connected

✓ - App & Device updated with most recent updates

✓ - Notifications turned on

✓ - Device active (not in sleep or DND mode)

Is this a firmware or IOS 18 issue?   it began after I upgraded to an iPhone 16 last week.

I too am having this issue. I have the S23. It started a couple weeks ago. I have even deleted my watch from my phone and added it back. Still nothing. The ONLY notification I'm getting are phone calls.

Hi there @Cagey01 i hope you're doing well! and welcome @M-R-S  to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Allow me to help with the notification service which is not currently  working on your watches Sense 2.

Sometimes it arrives that an OS update unlinks the notifications service of the Fitbit App. @Cagey01 For your iPhone i suggested that you follow the instructions in our help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? right below the section "How do I set up notifications? > iPhones and iPads > Step 2. Verify your phone settings".

@M-R-S For your Android device, i suggest to check our help article How do I use the Fitbit app on my Android phone? right below the section "What settings should I check on my phone?"

Hope these tips will help you both !

I just posted here that I was having the same problem with my Sense 2 and iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 17.6.1. After posting I updated my iOS to 17.7.1, and now notifications are working again.
