My Sense 2 is no longer providing text notifications from iPhone or calls. It was for about 1-2 weeks. It keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and I’ve restarted and disconnected Wrist On calls (forget the device) daily and it disconnects again almost immediately. I spent more money on Sense 2 to have these features. I’ve googled and soooooo many people have the same issue. Is there a fix? An update? It can’t be that we just have to deal with this daily!!!

Hi @Elly5 - make sure it's not a settings issue first, pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons.

It is true there are syncing problems with the new app (v4) and if your watch is not properly connected to the app you won't get notifications or calls.

However the calls Bluetooth entry won't stay connected if you are turning it on in Bluetooth on your phone, as it only automatically connects and is used when there is a call.
