Why friend request are not seeing or groups?

Hello, @Francis-ismynam, welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the friend request and groups in the app using your Sense 2.

Can you let me know what do you see when you follow these steps, please?

- From the Today tab , tap the settings icon.
- Tap Social & Sharing Privacy My Friends.
- See your friends list.
