Sense 2 screen random off, random not responding, random jumps around. Is it hardware issue or I don’t know how to use?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.
Please try if restarting your device will get things fixed. Before doing so, I'd suggest syncing your Versa 4. Next, please keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
