My fitbit sense went nuts last night about badges and since then it's showing accumulated info. Over 65000 steps, wierd calorie numbers. I've restarted it multiple times while it's charging and not charging. Any help would be appreciated.
Still having the same issue after many restarts. Got tons of notifications throughout the night recognizing goals (steps and calories) but the numbers are completely wrong. Updated the firmware yesterday as well but nothing is working
Much like the rest of us you'll need to raise a warranty claim for replacement/refund. My replacement arrived today, the first thing it did was prompt for a software/firmware 'update'.
