Hi,
I am getting so fed up and frustrated with the notifications suddenly stopping every few days, and the only way to fix this is to clear the data, re log in to the app and set everything back up. Is there ever going to be a fix for this or does anyone know of anyway to fix this long term. It really makes it hard to justify using the premium version of the app when this keeps breaking every few days.
Thanks

It is a while since I had Huawei. I hope I remember Huawei Settings correctly:
Go To Settings on Your Phone → App & Notification → All Apps → Fitbit → Permission → Give access to all permissions
Notifications - Toggle Switch to "On"
Battery - Automatic Toggle must be set to "Off" - Manage Manually, Auto Launch, Secondary Launch, Run in Background set Toggle to "On" for all

Just lost notifications again and had to clear the data to get it working again. Is there any update to a fix for this or a work around?
Thanks

Hi LokeAa,
So looks like the Battery - Automatic Toggle must be set to "Off" has fixed it as I've not had any more issues for a good few days. Thank you so much for your help, and hopefully it will help others out there with this same issue!
Cheers,
