Notifications on Sense 2 vibrate twice

I just got my Sense 2 yesterday. Noticing when I receive texts and messages from Messenger, it notifies me twice, Once that a text message is coming in and then the actual text. Same with Messenger. It notifies me of a message from Messenger and then gives the message. With all my Fitbits over the years, it has never done this. Is there a way to change this? I don't need nor want a double buzz for each notification.

Hi there, @Shanionie. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense 2.

I'd recommend resetting the notifications on your Sense 2. For more information,  Step 2: Complete the troubleshooting steps. Once this has been done, try testing the notifications again.
