Problems using the calls feature

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+ and a Fitbit Sense 2. I cannot get the Fitbit to answer calls, when I hit accept on my watch it just says "Connecting ..." and never answers the call. I've tried stopping the app, unpairing, repairing, to no avail. I am using the most current version of the Fitbit app and I believe the app automatically updated the firmware when I synced to my phone. The Fitbit is connected, and there are two devices showing on my Bluetooth connecting list, one for Sense 2 and one for Sense 2 Calls. At first when I connected the Fitbit 2 Calls setting showed calls as being turned on, but when I used the test call option under notifications it turned off and cannot be turned back on. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, this is one of the primary reasons I bought the watch in the first place.

I am having the same issue. My S22 Plus shows it's connected for calls and my phone ringer pauses like I am answering (as it should) during a phone call or test call but when I answer calls it shows connecting for several seconds and then the Sense 2 shows a connection error. It's not the phone. It's Fitbit Sense 2 not working properly with our phones. They need an update! I just got the watch for Christmas and I don't have the Google Maps either. Do you? Two main features I wanted to replace my Versa 2 for. Very frustrated. Support tells me to try the steps to fix it, they don't work, then has no idea what else to do. They told me to watch my emails for one from their support team and I don't get anything. It's been since the day after Christmas.

I am having the same issue with my Galaxy S22. The tech support has escalated a call to whoever is above them 2 times and i have never heard back. This is very disappointing.  . They need to fix this now. Or I am returning this device.

I there a way to shut off the Calls feature but still stay paired for everything else?  I tried shutting off the Sense2 Calls option in my bluetooth fir my phone, but next call still came through my Sense2.  I can't get or make calls through my phone or car since I connected my Sense2.  Just want to shut off that feature at this point.

All I know is that the tech support is awful. I can get no help. They tell
me they will escalate calls. I have had 4 now. And they will reach out to
me. Lmao nope still havent totren 1 to contact me.. I think they want to
push u past the 45 day return date so u are stuck with a product that they
can't fix. Then I hear they r doing an update to for us running Android 13
by months end. Still nothing.
