Quick Settings appears to be locked.

Hi,

My Sense 2 display has gone to button only and I cant change it.  When I tried to change it to motion and button (via the watch quick settings ) it says “locked for sleep mode but when I go into Quick Modes - sleep mode is off.

I tried via the settings app on my phone but nothing there to help.

Can someone help me with this?.

Hi @JohnColuccio5 - first restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Then double tap the watch face and pull down and turn off all the icons.
