Hi, Is the Sense 2 out of the warranty period for either refund or replacement?

The sense is in warranty, but beyond the 60 day return. They have replaced the watch once and are offering to send me another, but this is a software issue and they can't seem to fix the issue.

Hi, I am no expert with that but would it entitle you to a free replacement then if there’s still in a warranty in place ?
