Reading the heart rate chart

If I touch the heart rate chart in the Fitbit app to get detailed values, I see that some (actually most) readings have a white dot and the value appears with a white background. However, some other readings have a black dot and dark background. See screenshots below.

What is the meaning of this difference?

Thanks!

Looks like an artefact of using enforced dark mode (if you use Android). Fitbit doesn't support dark mode.

Thanks for the reply, confirmed! I disabled dark mode for the Fitbit app and the "issue" is gone.
