Reset email not received

 I'm having trouble with the login password reset email. It said it was sent but there is nothing in my emails. Tried several times.

Anyone facing the same probs?

If you are having trouble getting the reset password email, please note that we don't have any flags for any outages or system issues at this time. However, if you have tried multiple times and are still unsuccessful, I suggest waiting 24 hours before trying again.

You can also try using a different device or browser using this link to see if that makes a difference.
