@SunsetRunner These are the things you need to do:
- Swipe down on the Sense 2 screen and tap on the Settings app in the Quick Settings
- Swipe up to the About Sense 2 option
- Tap on the Factory reset option
- I don’t know if it gives you a confirmation option — I don’t want to do this to my Sense 2 by accident
- Now tap on the devices icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app
- Select your Sense 2 tile
- Swipe up and tap on Remove this Sense 2
- Remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone
That should do it.
