The resting heart rate on my surge 2 is way out. When I use a blood pressure monitor it’s giving me a rate of around 40 bpm but the Fitbit is showing low 70’s. This has been happening for over a month ( I have to check my blood pressure daily) though I’ve had this surge 2 for about one year. I’ve tried different blood pressure monitors and even a monitor on each arm at the same time so the issue is with the Fitbit. I’ve restarted it numerous times and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. Is there anything else I can do?
