Sense 2 10K run never appeared in the app

Ran 10K this morning. It appeared on the watch as recorded, with the usual list of stats. Did not appear on the Fitbit app. Repeated syncs and restarts of both phone (Pixel) and watch (Sense 2) but it appears completely lost. Retested the watch by stopping and starting a run on the watch and synced immediately for the 12 seconds duration. But that's futile. The 10K is not there. Neither watch or app. Means it's very difficult to trust the use of this watch again

Thank you for taking the time to share this information about the difficulty that you are experiencing with Sense 2. 

Seems a syncing issue. Please give it a try by following the steps listed in this help article.

Confirm that you restarted the smartwatch as indicated: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

If the issue is related to the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
