Just got the sense 2 and trying to set it up for the first time and it keeps saying my 4 digit code is invalid. I have tried everything. Anyone else had this?

Hi @Laurenxox - when setting up a new watch make sure there are no other watches switched on or devices running the Fitbit App. Also on the device you are using to setup the watch, logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.
Also restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, then try setup again.

Morning!
I have tried all of this and didn’t work! I have had to reach out to Fitbit. They are sending me out a new one. Thanks for your help though
