My Fitbit in the past it was charging batteries every 4 or 5 days. Now every 30 minutes I need to charge the batteries. It is not working well at all and I need you help me to find some answers. I can not use my Fitbit if I need to be charging it, every 30 minutes. Thank you.

Hi @Mimota - unfortunately your watch may have developed a serious fault, possibly after getting wet, or it is not charging fully or properly.
Check it doesn't get hot when charging and if so stop immediately.
When you put it on charge it displays battery level.
After charging fully pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check the battery level there.
If it's 100% after charging and then near 0% after 30 minutes the watch is no longer useable.
If it is under warranty it can be replaced.

I'd be interested to know if it's just out of warranty. Another user posted the same issue with it being 1 month out of the 1 year warranty in the US whilst mine did it 1 month out of the 2 year warranty in the UK.
