Sense 2 won't work unless it's connected to charger

My Sense 2 won't stay on unless it's connected to the charger. It shuts off as soon as it's unplugged, and only starts up again when reconnected to the charger. I've already cleaned the pins and am using the official Fitbit charger. I also just did a software update, but it still doesn't work unless plugged in.

Hi @A_delrosa - did you do a firmware update you can check which version you have, as it may be related.

Pull down the watch face, tap Gear to get to watch Settings, scroll to About Sense 2, System info and see which firmware you have from
