Yesterday I was fairly active, had an intense workout, did over 10,000 steps and my calorie adjustment gave me 35 extra cals. Today I did very little, sat at my desk most of the day and I was awarded 537 extra cals. This makes very little sense.
Is my Fitbit not working properly??

Hi @DaveNic001, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I just want to thank you for sharing with me your current situation with your calories count in your device and for sending the pictures for me tu understand your situation in a better way.
As a first step please read the following article for a better understanding of the calorie count which might help you improve your situation. How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Another recommendation is to confirm that you are wearing your Sense 2 in the proper way like indicated here.
I allways suggest also to confirm that you have your device up to date with the latest version like is shown in the article ¨Update your Fitbit device¨

I’ve read the explanation on how my Fitbit calculates my daily activity several times. I’m wearing it properly and my device is fully updated.
