Sense 2 Charging Connection Worn Out

Hi there - the charging connection on my fitbit sense 2 appears to be worn through - charging is extremely unreliable (starts/stops frequently while connected). Is there any fix to this or does the device need to be replaced?

Hi @robdesio - it could be due to a faulty charge cable, try replacing that first, if the watch is under warranty contact support to see if they won't replace BOTH under warranty.
