Hi there - the charging connection on my fitbit sense 2 appears to be worn through - charging is extremely unreliable (starts/stops frequently while connected). Is there any fix to this or does the device need to be replaced?

Hi @robdesio Fitbit recommends cleaning your charging contacts with a toothbrush and fresh water. Make sure you dry it before placing it on the charger.

Hi @robdesio, @Guy_ and @LZeeW, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the charging connection of your Sense 2. Thank you for the picture. Thank you for your suggestions @Guy_ @LZeeW.
When you say the charging connection seems to be worn through, do you mean you actually see it or it's a feeling instead.
Both suggestions are great. I just want to propose following a certain order for these steps. First, you may find some good practices to improve the charging experience by following the instructions from our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Then you may see some hardware aspect such as another charging cable if you have the chance. If not you can then contact our tech support team. They have the most appropriate resources to help you in more detail.
