Sense 2 Clock face error has resulted in no watch face or menu options

I checked my watch and saw there was a clock error, which said I should go to the app and choose a new clock which I have done. Now the only interface I have on my watch is the long button press to start a walk. Nothing else. I can't even power off/on the watch because I can't get to a menu. I have synched to my app several times and no luck. How do I get my watch back?

Hello @ozreison and welcome to the Community.  You can also restart a Sense 2 by pressing and hold the button for about 10 seconds.  During the restart process, you will see several flashing screens -- the teal Fitbit logo in a black field, alternating with a black Fitbit logo in a teal field.  Then a large red X will appear on the screen.  Then the screen should turn black, the Fitbit logo should appear, then your Fitbit is rebooted.  As a long time user, this is the scariest Fitbit restart I've seen.  I was positive that the big red X was the Red X of death.  But it wasn't.
