Hi there, @TheBizWiz.

Thanks for letting us know about your watch and just to confirm, do you mean the Call controls won't stay connected via Bluetooth? If that's correct, let me explain it's okay to see the Sense 2 controls as “Not Connected” in the Bluetooth list of your phone. However, they'll automatically reconnect as soon as you receive a phone call.

If this feature isn't working well, please double check the requirements and troubleshooting described in this help article.

Ok here goes …

my watch does not appear to be set up to accept calls, after I default the settings ie do not disturb, etc.

also it did work once, but now after a reset I have only bare notifications generally around gooogle stuff,

since the last receipt of a call while wearing the watch, nothing, with the phone sitting beside me, Alexa works ok, cannot get phone or outlook to connect in Notifications. TheBizWiz

Hi there, @TheBizWiz.

Thanks for getting back with more details. Because you mentioned the on-wrist phone calls don't seem to be set up on your watch, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense 2 image > On-Wrist Calls.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions and try testing your watch afterward.
