I'm just curious when this (Ionic):
Became this (Sense 2):
I realize that the first screen is iOS (and I'm curious whether iOS users can see laps breakdown)? But I could see that a long time ago on Android, too.
Why would one use Fitbit to track swimming at all now?
Edit: going back to swimming from pre-Sense 2 (tracked with Sense), those swims show no laps either. So it's the Fitbit app downgrade. Also, Sense was showing a limited lap breakdown (first 10 laps) on a summary screen after finishing the exercise. Sense 2 (since it doesn't track laps in real time) doesn't show it at all (does Versa 3 shows 10 first laps on the summary screen at the end?).
Also, I see this on help pages:
Does it mean, if I want more stats I need to use automatic tracking and the Exercise app is useless? I see no detailed breakdown from swimming tracked by the original Sense either despite it saying it tracks all metrics.
